This one is a little whited-out, but I love the way she looks at me, and I finally captured it on film.
Here's a shot of Cadence's hair in a triple-pony-tail. It's so fun to do her hair up. She's so feminine!
The best we could do as far as getting Campbell to smile for the camera. Her smile is so heart-melting.
This particular morning before we went out to play, Cadence told me she "wanted to be a girl". So I had to take pictures of how sweet and girly she was. If you look closely you'll see that her fingernails are "barbie pink".
They really quite enjoy eachother.
At a backyard barbecue somebody brought her toy-poodle puppy, who was the perfect size for Cadence to play with. They followed one another around and had so much fun (really! The dog was as into it as Cadence was, if you can believe it). It was the most adorable thing that has ever happened on the face of the earth.

I had a two second crazy vision when I saw the picture of Cadence with a ponytail. She looked so grown up!
She really is a super cute girl, but it made me a little bit sad. She's supposed to be my little girl baby friend. How is life supposed to stay the same when she's already practically 15 and wanting to go out on dates?
I can totally relate to the 'just one of those days' posts. I'm sitting here feeling sorry for myself for a variety of reasons, but pretty much I miss my fun life back in Cali. I'm hoping we'll get together more here, now that family has come and gone. I think you rock, and remember, it really can only get better.
