Cadence's thoughts

                     This week I need to make a very hard decision. I need to decide if I want to be in choir, orchestra, or band. I would play violin or drums or sing. I really don't know which to pick. At fist I wasn't sure, then, I wanted to be in choir, not orchestra, then I decided, ok, for now, I'll say that I will be in orchestra, and if I don't like it, then the next year I will chose something else. Then, I was just banging things with chopsticks and I thought, Oh! I could be in band and play drums! My parents want me to be in orchestra, and I have friends who have said bad things about it and it requires 1 hour practice a day. Dad says that the drums aren't useful like the violin is. I am already playing the most useful instrument, the piano, so why can't I have a little fun? I really don't know what I should choose, but whatever I chose, I will put it in here.

CADENCE'S WEEK:

MONDAY: I cant remember

TUESDAY: I made up a gymnastics routine with Meghan

WEDNESDAY: Me and Campbell, Audrey, and Sarah made chicken and pasta with peach lemonade and fruit pizza for dinner.

THURSDAY: I had a collision in Gym and could have fractured my rib.

FRIDAY: I started writing my cinderella script for the play. And Went to Simon's adoption party.

SATURDAY:we went on a family bike ride and then dad took me and campbell to a hard core bike park in rogers.

newsflash-Campbell's week

Tuesday: On Tuesday it was crazy. CRAZY!  so first my friend (Allie) came with me to a PICNIC!   but....  on the way she barfed!  so we had to go back in the middle of a drive thru! So we were late for the picnic. So we had to go to the neighborhood market and get some food for the picnic and before that I fell off a ripstick and scratched my knee up a little bit. 

We got to bring ripsticks and we got to go through the tunnel (the city water drainage tunnel) and we drew with chalk inside it!  My friend Cameron did it with me too.  I got to ride the ripstick in the tunnel too.  We got lunchables and we barely get lunchables ever.  It was so fun!

Another funny thing that happened this week is that I came down sleep-walking and I slept-talked and I was bawling so much and my mom said, "Are you tired?" and I said, "no" then she said, "Are you sick?" and I said, "No." and she said, "did you have a bad dream?" and I said, "no". I said, "In my dream my sister won't share the Ipod." And then my mom said, "It was a dream." And then I said, "No, it wasn't!"  So we said a prayer and I went back to sleep.  But the first time, my mom came upstairs in my room and said "what's wrong?" and I was bawling. I said, "You know when.... you know when... um.... you know... um... " then my mom said "what"?  Then I said, "My moms are... my moms... um, my moms are um... puzzled!"  And it was really funny. 

Layla's Big Loss

On Friday I lost my tooth! My teacher pulled it out.Here's how the story goes:It was my turn to go to the bathroom. And after I washed my hands I checked on my tooth and there was a crack on the top right so I showed my teacher  and she asked me if I wanted her to pull it out and I said:yes! She told me to twist it so I did .Then she pulled it out and (what I Thought that was funny is she said:tissue:tooth:aaaand Nurse!)And off I went to the Nurse.And I got a pink tooth saver.The End.

Cadence's week

Hi this is Cadence and I had a Great week. Here is a brief summary of what I did:


Monday: No school, I went to Becks house and Avery also came. After that Avery came to our house and we were kind of tired because we were kind of crazy so we watched trolls. We ate dinner and went to Avery's house and started the 2nd movie of Anne of Green Gables.

Tuesday: No school, we went to memorial park and had a picnic with the Flemings and the Hatches and Gavin brought Oliver and Drew and we went over and rode scooters and things at the skate park next to the park.

Wednesday:Sarah and I decided to grow a garden so we  weeded and cleaned up the garden area, we also named our 23 trees and bushes: Benjamin, Becky, Samantha, Prasilla , Charlotte, Anne, Frank, Rosemary, Amanda, Jodie Anne, Marcy, Tessa, Georgie, Stephanie, Athena, Trinity, Elizabeth, Stacie, Alexia, Riley, Natalie, and Madelyn.


Thursday: We were ready to start growing plants so me and Sarah planted Lettuce,carrots,cilantro,Lavender,snapdragons,marigolds,moss roses and are going to grow sunflowers when it is the time of year to plant them, (in may)

Friday: Ellie came over and so did Taylor and we put on a magic show and then after Ellie left we went to Taylor's house (Campbell, Sarah, Ally, and Me) and watched Trolls.

Saturday: We had donuts for breakfast and then we did chores and then watched muzzy in french and then we went to the Jones house and Sarah made up a game called "Vanished" so we played that and then went to our house and Avery came over and we played and then went to Chuck-E-Cheese.

Sunday: Today we had chocolate Panatone for breakfast and then The choir (which I am in) performed and then we came home and I drew a really pretty picture that is called Railroad at sunset. And now here I am typing this.

The Resurrection and Transformation

We're dusting this baby off and puttin' her back in motion!  But this time there are some new contributors.  From now on this Family Blog will truly be just that-- the Family's blog.  Each Sunday the kids will have a few minutes to write about their experiences or thoughts or feelings and share pictures if they choose.  I think I'll let them choose from the following questions to answer:
